The agency IATA number MUST be used.
This is a very important time to remember how crucial it is to keep records of your bookings with confirmation numbers. If you do not have a spreadsheet please use the one we’re providing in our Agent Resources on MSTAgents.com site. (Agent Organization Resources for spreadsheets )
Agents who do NOT do this step will have difficulty accessing and making changes to their existing DCL bookings and getting paid commission.
Remember: ALWAYS make sure you’re logged in to the 00365415 number on DTA when you’re making any kind of booking, including DCL.
Switch to 46619005 when you want to VIEW OR CHANGE your DCL bookings. Then, CHANGE BACK to 00365415.
(Or…access them by using the confirmation number and your lead guest’s birthday to LOOK UP the DCL booking from the home screen of DTA.)
