MainStreet Travel’s Annual Refresher Course (ARC)
You may have noticed we’ve mentioned an Annual Refresher Course is coming. Starting 12/1 we will have a training course available for all agents. This refresher course will cover updates that have happened throughout the year, important information you may have missed, and a clear understanding of expectations. This course will be required for all agents. Starting 12/1 all IATA and CLIA membership requests will not be approved until this course has been completed.
You will need to have a Mighty Networks account in order to complete the course. Plus, there’s some really great resources available in our Mighty Networks group! Click the button below to create your Mighty Networks account with MainStreet.
CLIA vs. IATA
Since CLIA is now open for registration, it is VERY important you understand the differences between CLIA and IATA. We *highly* recommend visiting the supplier pages available on mstagents.com to learn more about each membership and which one is best for you. There are pre-requisites for each membership, and CLIA does not give refunds!
You do not need either membership in order to book travel for clients. You only need one membership in order to take advantage of TA rates and benefits.
