MANY of our suppliers are eager to host fundraisers! This is a great opportunity for like-minded people to travel together and raise funds for their organization at the same time. It’s usually as simple as booking a group (click here for group booking tips), adding an amenity, and watching your group booking grow.
Below are some of our suppliers’ current fundraising opportunities and instructions. We’ll continue updating this resource page as our suppliers provide us with more information!
Carnival
Carnival is the BEST supplier for fundraisers if you’re booking a big group! Carnival will pay your organization an $8 donation per stateroom, per day. This can add up thousands of dollars with 20+ cabins, but starts with as few as 8!. Watch this quick training to learn how to book a fundraiser. The below pdf can be given directly to prospective clients!

When booking a affinity/deposit group, the agent can allocate the GAP points to go towards a 501(c)(3) organization. The GAP value is $50 per stateroom and the check will go directly from Royal Caribbean to the organization.
The group can also use TC credits to go back to the organization, and/or add a value add which allows the guest credit card to be charged an extra amount and Royal Caribbean acts as the vendor. For example, if a sponsor donates t-shirts for the group cruise, you could value add $25 pp for the t-shirt. That $25 pp would be paid when the commission is paid and can go back to the organization as well.
We have an upcoming training with Norwegian all about fundraisers! Here’s your sneak-peek: With a group as small as 5 cabins, you can claim an NCL Bonus Amenity of a $100 FUNDRAISING CREDIT donated to your organization from NCL! Now that’s QUICK and easy!

Currently, MSC Cruises unfortunately does not have a specific fundraiser offer or policy in place for such opportunities. What some agencies have decided to do is target a specific voyage that has high GAP points available to upgrade the commission issued of the specific voyage and then donated the additional commission/ TC’s to the organization. As an example directly from our BDM, there are 3 voyages leaving from Galveston in 2026 that offer 10 GAP points!
If your organization is interested in a fundraiser with a supplier (or travel type) not listed here, reach out to us! Many times, suppliers are willing to be creative to work with agents for a good cause- and to increase the group bookings!! And even if a program does not exist, you as the agent can still create a fundraiser program of your own. Look for bonus commission, tour conductor credits, or other group bonuses that you can pay forward to the organization. Nothing like that exists? A little creativity goes a long way.
