Marketing Class Registration is Open!
Registration for Marketing Class is open again!
MainStreet Travel’s Marketing Class is open to all agents of all levels. There are currently 5 course tracks and 4 lessons per track. Agents are encouraged to attend their course consistently to build relationships with agents who have a similar focus. We had GREAT responses from agents who participated in Session One! If you did not participate in Marketing class in March, we encourage you to take Level One classes. Agents who participated last month are free to retake the same class or to take a new one!
What can you expect? A 50 minute small-group class with topics that build on one another to teach you marketing skills, mindset, and basics. You’ll get about 1–2 hours of homework each week to make sure you’re focusing on better understanding and growing your marketing.

We are thrilled to launch the 2025 Funnel Up Seminar at Sea Program. We have two sailings on Carnival’s newest ships. The first sailing is a six-day Eastern Caribbean departing June 8th on the Carnival Celebration hosted by Scott Vecrumba, Key Account Director. The second sailing is a seven-day Eastern Caribbean departing Dec 6th on the Mardi Grad hosted by Grace Ambrosia, Key Account Director. Space is limited, so please book your cabin ASAP.

- Space is limited and payments are nonrefundable.
2. Must be an active travel advisor to book, validated with an active GoCCL profile.
3. No minimum sales or booking required.
4. Full payment and all guest information (legal names, date of birth, and citizenship) is required at time of booking.

EPIC Update!
Universal Orlando Resort has opened the queue for Annual Passholders to purchase tickets for Epic Universe previews before the park’s May 22 opening.
Passholder preview dates are April 17 to May 8, 2025. Stay tuned for more information.

EPIC PRE-OPENING TICKET OPPORTUNITIES! (Not in VAX, non-commissionable)
Annual Pass holders, Military guests, and Hotel guests are able to preorder 1-day 1-park Epic tickets (which go on sale April 17) for Epic’s pre-opening, April 17-May 22.
ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS: Preorder pre-opening tickets are available now in their app
MILITARY: after guests activate and redeem their Freedom pass (AT Universal Orlando), they can ask for assistance to buy Epic pre-opening tickets. They will need to call guest services to do so and will be emailed instructions. Up to 6 1-park 1-day Epic tickets per pass.
HOTEL GUESTS: Present current active hotel room key to the Hotel Ticket and Attraction Desk to pre-purchase tickets. We are getting clarification on terms for hotel guests.

Q: Will the 2025 Military Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket include Universal Epic Universe in 2025?
A: No, the 2-Park or 3-Park 2025 Military Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket (“Military Freedom Pass”) only includes access to Universal’s existing parks. However, 2025 Military Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket holders will have an opportunity to purchase a 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket after they have redeemed and activated their Military Freedom Pass at Universal Orlando Resort.
Q: How will Military Freedom Pass holders learn about the opportunity to purchase the 1-Park 1 – Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket?
A: After Military Freedom Pass holders redeem their Military Freedom Pass at a Universal Orlando Resort ticket sales window and activate the Military Freedom Pass at a turnstile in Universal Orlando Resort, they will receive an email communication informing them how they can purchase a 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on Ticket.
When redemption and activation are done, and if a Military Freedom Pass holder asks about how to purchase tickets to Universal Epic Universe while in-park, they will be guided through the process before receiving their trigger email communication and will be allowed to make a purchase at Guest Services. For immediate assistance, please call (877) 801-9720.
Q: Are there other guidelines or requirements?
A: Military Freedom Pass holders can purchase the Universal Epic Universe 1-Park 1-Day add-on ticket for multiple days but only one add-on ticket per date for each Military Freedom Pass. Each purchase transaction is limited to six (6) tickets.
Q: Will authorized military sales outlets sell the 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket?
A: No, the 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket for Military Freedom Pass holders will only be sold online at UniversalOrlando.com, at the front gate Guest Services locations, Universal Vacation Planning Center locations, and/or through the Guest Contact Center once the Military Freedom Pass has been redeemed and activated in park.
Q: When I go to purchase my 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe ticket, do I have to select a specific date for use?
A: Yes, you will need to select a date of visit prior to completing your purchase of the 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe ticket. Limited quantities available per day.
Q: Will the 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket that Military Freedom Pass holders purchase be tax-exempt?
A: No, the 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket will not be tax-exempt as it cannot be purchased at an authorized military sales outlet at this time.
