If you find you’re not able to login to VAX please use the link below to get unlocked. This is a manual process and will not be immediate so get it taken care of now versus when you have a client waiting to book.

Adding IATA to DTA
If you have not done so already, ALL MainStreet agents need to add our IATA number to your Disney Travel Agents account. This is necessary for your Disney Cruise Line bookings as well as requesting benefits if you’re using an IATA membership. Please follow the video instructions below. This is a manual approval process and you’ll receive a notification when the IATA side of DTA has been approved for you.
You NEED to do this even if you don’t have an IATA card. Every agent needs to add the IATA to their DTA.
Please note: DO NOT book on the IATA side of DTA. You will only use the IATA side for managing your DCL bookings or requesting an agent benefit with your IATA membership.
