This is an Agent Focused FAM, so please be aware there will be events and trainings that will be only for the agent. We have some unique opportunities with Carnival offering a ship tour while we’re in the area! We also have a couple suppliers who want to join us and host a lunch & learn! Don’t get in a frenzy when you get a client asking for EPIC and you find you’re locked out of VAX due to inactivity! Log. In. Now! It’s coming! Be prepared!
If you find you’re not able to login to VAX please use the link below to get unlocked. This is a manual process and will not be immediate, so get it taken care of now versus when you have a client waiting to book.
